Marketing Officer

MARKETING OFFICER
The Brand Marketing Officer is an all-around marketer responsible for supporting the development and execution of marketing initiatives across the brand. This role works closely with the Marketing Head across strategy, campaigns, content, activations, partnerships, launches, and day-to-day brand initiatives.
The ideal candidate is creative, commercially minded, proactive, and highly adaptable — someone who can move from developing an idea to coordinating its execution, while understanding how different areas of marketing work together to build the brand.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the development of brand strategies, campaigns, product launches, and marketing initiatives.
* Conceptualize creative ideas for campaigns, content, activations, events, partnerships, and consumer experiences.
* Conduct research on consumers, competitors, trends, and market opportunities to inform marketing decisions.
* Assist in developing campaign briefs, presentations, proposals, content directions, and other marketing materials.
* Coordinate with internal teams, creatives, agencies, suppliers, creators, media partners, and other external stakeholders.
* Support the planning and execution of events, activations, partnerships, and brand experiences.
* Work with the digital and social media team to translate brand campaigns into relevant content and platform executions.
* Monitor campaign and project performance and identify insights and opportunities for improvement.
* Stay updated on consumer behavior, cultural trends, social media, competitors, and emerging marketing opportunities.
* Take ownership of assigned marketing projects from concept to execution and post-campaign evaluation.
* Provide general marketing support across different brands and functions as needed.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
* 1–3 years of experience in brand marketing, integrated marketing, advertising, events, partnerships, or a related field.
* Broad understanding of different areas of marketing, including branding, digital, content, activations, partnerships, and communications.
* Strong creative and conceptual thinking with good commercial awareness.
* Strong communication, presentation, coordination, and project management skills.
* Comfortable working across different types of projects and taking on new responsibilities as needed.
* Highly organized, proactive, resourceful, and able to manage multiple priorities.
* Strong interest in brands, consumers, culture, trends, and emerging opportunities.
* Experience working across multiple brands or with agencies, creators, suppliers, and external partners is an advantage.
