Trade Marketing Officer

I. SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBITIES
Trade Marketing Execution – Execute approved trade marketing programs, including branch activations, caravans, mall activities, community events, and promotional campaigns.
Branch & Merchandising Support – Conduct branch visits and ensure proper implementation of promotions, POSM, merchandising, and company's brand standards.
Customer Acquisition & Sales Support – Support activities designed to generate leads, increase customer traffic, and drive transactions and sales for company's products and services.
Coordination & Documentation – Coordinate with branches, suppliers, partners, and internal teams while managing logistics, materials, schedules, and required activity documentation.
Monitoring & Reporting – Monitor activity results, competitor activities, customer feedback, and field concerns; prepare timely reports and provide recommendations to improve Trade Marketing performance.
I. REQUIREMENTS
1. Educational Background – Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, Communications, or a related field.
2. Work Experience – Preferably 1–2 years of experience in Marketing, Trade Marketing, Sales, Events, or a related field; fresh graduates may be considered.
3. Technical & Execution Skills – Knowledge of marketing execution, event coordination, merchandising, market research, and basic reporting/analytics.
4. Communication & Coordination – Good communication, interpersonal, organizational, and coordination skills with internal teams, branches, suppliers, and external partners.
5. Other Requirements – Willing to conduct field work and travel; flexible with event schedules; proactive, detail-oriented, customer-focused, and able to work under pressure.
