Billing and Collection Assistant

We Search @ Searchers & Staffers Corp.
- Coordinates with clients regarding outstanding payments for event participation and ensures timely collection and proper documentation.
- Prepares and processes bank deposits accurately and reconciles received amounts with internal records.
- Maintains organized filing of billing statements, receipts, and other financial documents in both physical and digital formats.
- Encodes payment information, billing details, and transaction updates into the accounting system with accuracy.
- Tracks payment status, updates client accounts, and supports the preparation of financial summaries or reports when needed.
- Provides support for other finance or administrative tasks as required, especially during peak event periods.
- Has a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- The position is open to fresh graduates with relevant internship experience.
- Comfortable performing repetitive administrative and data-entry tasks.
- Keen on details and maintains high accuracy when handling financial information.
- Has a basic understanding of accounting principles and the workflow of an accounting system.
- Demonstrates strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple billing files simultaneously.
- Possesses good communication skills for coordinating with internal teams and clients regarding payments.
