We Are Hiring: LEGAL SUPERVISOR (Fintech & Online Lending) Are you a sharp, forward-thinking lawyer ready to champion regulatory compliance and drive legal strategy in the fast-paced world of Fintech? We are looking for an expert like you! The Opportunity Location: Ortigas, Pasig, Metro Manila Setup: Full-time Compensation: ₱90,000 – ₱125,000 per month + dedicated regulatory compliance allowance Your Impact As our Legal Supervisor, you will lead our SEC and AMLC regulatory relationships, build robust compliance systems, and manage high-value external legal projects for our growing online lending platform (OLP). What We Are Looking For Education & Credentials: Juris Doctor (JD) with an active IBP Bar membership. Experience: 4–6 years of post-bar experience, with at least 2 years of direct experience in a qualified Philippine OLP institution (Fintech/Lending experience is mandatory). Expertise: Hands-on experience with SEC and AMLC liaison, and solid knowledge of RA 9474. Skills: Excellent external law firm management and strong cross-departmental coordination. Why Choose Us?
