What is this role about?
This role will oversee all administrative support functions related to vehicle sales, ensuring a smooth and compliant sales process.
What will YOU do?
- Oversee the sales administration team to ensure the smooth processing of sales transactions and documentation while adhering to dealership policies, procedures, and industry regulations
- Prepare maintain, and manage sales-related documents and records, such as sales contracts, invoices, and customer and vehicle records
- Generate regular sales reports for management, and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, or requests related to the sales process
- Monitor vehicle inventory levels and coordinate with sales teams
- Train and supervise sales administrative staff
- Coordinate regularly with sales managers, the marketing team, and finance department
- Assist in organizing promotional events and sales campaigns
What will YOU need?
- At least 3-5 years of experience in sales administration, preferably from the automotive or EV industry - people management experience is a plus
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities, communication, interpersonal skills
- Proficient in sales management software, Google Workspace
- Knowledgeable in electric vehicle technology and market trends
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
- Willing to be assigned in Rosario, La Union
