Repair and Maintenance Supervisor

Description - Oversee the daily operations of the repair and maintenance team.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices in maintenance procedures.
- Develop maintenance schedules and procedures to optimize productivity and efficiency.
- Conduct regular inspections and assessments of equipment and facilities.
- Provide training and support to maintenance staff to enhance their skills and capabilities.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
- Experience Level: 2–5 years of relevant experience
- Skills and Competencies: Strong leadership and team management skills
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in maintenance management software
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent problem-solving abilities
