Description - Lead and manage the sales team to achieve revenue targets.
- Develop strategic sales plans and drive execution to maximize growth.
- Monitor and analyze sales metrics to provide insights and improve performance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Conduct regular training and development sessions for team members.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 3-5 years of experience in sales leadership.
- Skills and Competencies: Proven ability to lead and motivate a sales team.
