Are you experienced in software implementation, payroll processing, and client relationship management? Join our team as a Customer Success Officer and help deliver seamless onboarding, payroll implementation, and exceptional customer support. Job Summary: The Customer Success Officer is responsible for implementing Human Capital Management Software (HCMS), managing payroll configurations, supporting client onboarding, and ensuring long-term customer satisfaction. This role works closely with clients and internal teams to deliver successful software implementations and provide ongoing support. What You'll Do:
- Manage the implementation of client payroll rules and system configurations
- Stay updated on DOLE regulations and ensure payroll compliance
- Process payroll accurately for multiple clients
- Develop Excel-based payroll calculations and validation files
- Configure and automate payroll processes within the HCMS platform
- Handle client data migration for new and existing accounts
- Lead client onboarding and software implementation projects
- Develop implementation plans and ensure project timelines are met
- Coordinate with internal teams and clients to resolve implementation issues
- Conduct client meetings and site visits as needed
- Provide post-implementation support and resolve customer concerns
- Build strong client relationships to promote customer satisfaction and retention
- Validate payroll computations and identify discrepancies
- Coordinate software customization requests when necessary
- Provide ongoing technical and implementation support to clients
- At least 2 years of experience as a Customer Success Officer in a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) company
- Experience leading at least 5 Implementation Analysts
- At least 2 years of experience in software implementation
- At least 2 years of experience processing payroll for multiple clients
- Knowledge of updated DOLE rules and payroll regulations
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication, presentation, and client management skills
- Willing to travel for client meetings and business trips

- Salary Range: PHP 25,000–PHP 35,000

- Work Arrangement: Onsite
- Work Location: Makati City
- Work Schedule: Compressed work week (Monday to Friday, Onsite) with 1 Saturday Work From Home; Partial Flexi Time between 7:00 AM and 10:00 AM start time.
