What are we looking for?

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Marketing Communications Officer with strong experience in B2B digital marketing, content development, and campaign execution within the IT or managed services or technology space. This role will be responsible for strengthening brand presence, supporting lead generation for cloud, managed services, and IT solutions, and delivering integrated, insight-driven campaigns across multiple channels.

What are you expected to do?

• Develop and execute integrated B2B marketing campaigns across digital channels, including SEO, SEM, email, and social media, to promote IT and cloud solutions.
• Create, edit, and manage high-quality, solution-focused content (e.g., blogs, case studies, whitepapers, and social media) tailored to technical and business audiences.
• Manage and optimise digital campaigns, including paid media and performance marketing, to drive qualified leads and pipeline growth.
• Lead LinkedIn marketing and advertising initiatives to enhance brand awareness and support B2B lead generation.
• Monitor and analyse campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, providing data-driven insights and recommendations.
• Manage email marketing campaigns and marketing automation workflows to nurture leads and support the sales funnel.
• Support and execute brand strategy, ensuring consistent and professional messaging aligned with IT services and value propositions.
• Coordinate internal communications and contribute to corporate messaging, employer branding, and company updates.
• Assist in planning and executing webinars, events, and industry-related marketing initiatives relevant to the IT sector.
• Maintain and update website content using CMS platforms, ensuring accuracy and alignment with current service offerings.
• Support the creation of visual assets for campaigns, including basic graphic design for digital channels.
• Collaborate closely with sales, technical, and leadership teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives and client needs.

You’ll be a great fit if:

• You have 2-4 years of experience executing integrated marketing campaigns for technology, cloud, IT or managed services environments.
• You are skilled in creating content that translates complex technical concepts (cloud, AI, data, digital transformation) into clear, engaging messaging.
• You have hands-on experience with SEO, SEM, and digital campaigns that drive B2B lead generation and brand awareness.
• You are confident in managing LinkedIn marketing and advertising campaigns targeting enterprise or corporate audiences.
• You can analyse campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and turn data into actionable insights to support data-driven marketing decisions.
• You have experience managing email marketing campaigns and nurturing leads across the B2B customer journey.
• You understand how to position solutions such as cloud migration, data analytics, AI, and managed services in a compelling way.
• You can ensure consistent brand messaging aligned with a technology-driven, innovation-focused organisation.
• You have experience working with CMS platforms to manage and optimise website content.
• You have basic design skills to support marketing materials and digital campaigns.
• You thrive in a collaborative environment and can work with technical teams to align marketing with business and solution offerings.

It would be desirable if:

• You are familiar with promoting services such as data & analytics, AI, or digital transformation.
• You have experience in account-based marketing (ABM) or targeting enterprise clients.
• You have supported thought leadership content such as case studies, whitepapers, or technical insights.
• You have experience in event marketing within the tech or innovation space.

Please note: This role is remote; however, we require candidates to be based locally in the Philippines. This is to support occasional onsite activities such as team events, client meetings, or equipment handover. Additionally, local residency is necessary for compliance with Philippines labor laws and employment regulations.

What to Expect in the Process?

1. You’ll go through 3–4 interviews plus a possible assessment with our client partner. This includes an initial chat, a culture-fit interview, and 1–2 conversations with our awesome client. The whole process usually takes 1–2 weeks, but we’ll let you know if things need to move quicker.
