SALES MANAGER ( TRAVEL INDUSTRY )

Key Responsibilities - Business Development
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to grow market share.
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, and proactive outreach.
- Sales & Account Management
- Achieve and exceed sales targets by promoting travel solutions.
- Manage client accounts, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
- Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
- Understand client needs and tailor travel solutions accordingly.
- Collaboration
- Work closely with internal teams to deliver seamless travel experiences.
- Coordinate with global offices to leverage SATGURU’s international network.
- Reporting
- Prepare regular sales reports and market analysis.
- Provide insights to management for strategic decision-making.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proven track record in sales or business development , preferably in the travel industry.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Goal-oriented, with a passion for exceeding targets.
- Knowledge of corporate travel solutions is an advantage.
Qualifications
We are looking for someone who possesses:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Tourism, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2–5 years' experience in Business Development, Corporate Sales, Account Management, or the Travel & Tourism industry , the preferred one.
- Strong understanding of travel products, airline reservations, hotel bookings, visa services, and tour packages is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong business development and networking abilities.
- Experience in handling corporate accounts and B2B partnerships is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a target-driven environment.
- Valid driver's license is an advantage.
- Fluency in English is required. Knowledge of Tagalog, Hindi, or other regional languages is an added advantage.
