Visa & Ticketing Executive ( Travel & Tours Industry )

Description - Process visa applications for clients ensuring all necessary documentation is complete.
- Coordinate with airlines and travel partners to secure the best ticketing options for clients.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns related to travel arrangements.
- Keep up to date with visa and immigration regulations for various destinations.
- Maintain accurate records of all ticketing and visa transactions.
Requirements
- Experience Level: 1–3 years of experience in visa processing and ticketing
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in travel reservation systems and MS Office
- Qualities and Traits: Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Responsibilities and Duties:
As a Visa & Ticketing Executive, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
• Handle visa applications , documentation & submissions and client advisories for various destinations
• Process flight reservations, ticket issuance, reissuance, cancellations, and refunds
• Ensure strict compliance with airline fare rules, ticketing procedures, and embassy requirements
• Assist clients with travel requirements, timelines, visa procedures, and documentation
• Provide accurate quotations for visa and ticketing services
• Coordinate with airlines, embassies, suppliers, and internal teams
• Respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Upsell travel-related services such as insurance, tours, and add-ons
• Maintain accurate records of transactions, bookings, and client documents
• Ensure confidentiality and compliance with company policies and data privacy regulations
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Working Conditions: May require working during evenings and weekends during peak seasons
