Description - Oversee daily operations of travel services, ensuring quality customer service.
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts with travel partners.
- Develop and implement travel policies and procedures for efficiency and compliance.
- Train and mentor team members to enhance performance and customer satisfaction.
- Analyze travel trends and customer feedback to improve service offerings.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or a related field
- Experience Level: 5–8 years of experience in travel services management
- Skills and Competencies: Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to work under pressure and solve problems effectively
- Working Conditions: Availability to travel as required
