Ideal Candidate Profile
What You'll Bring (Experience)
8+ years of experience in operations management , preferably in BPO or outsourcing environments
At least 3–5 years of senior management experience leading Operations Managers, multi-site teams, or large-scale operations
Proven leadership experience managing Operations Managers and cross-functional teams
Strong background in service delivery, workforce planning, and operational performance management
Experience handling client relationships, escalations, and strategic reviews
Strong knowledge of process improvement, operational efficiency, and compliance management
Experience driving employee engagement, retention, and succession planning initiatives
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate operational data into actionable insights
Comfortable working onsite in Eastwood or BGC, Taguig

Operations Leadership & Team Development
Lead daily operations across sites to ensure service delivery, SLA compliance, and operational excellence
Coach and mentor Operations Managers to strengthen leadership capability
Drive workforce planning, retention initiatives, and leadership development
Promote company vision, mission, and values across all operational teams
Provide leadership reporting and insights to executive stakeholders
Client Management & Escalation
Serve as the primary point of contact for major client escalations
Build strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term partnerships
Conduct regular performance reviews and strategic discussions with clients
Translate client needs into operational strategies and measurable outcomes
Identify potential issues early and implement preventive action plans
Process Optimization & Compliance
Identify and implement process improvements and operational efficiencies
Ensure adherence to company policies, regulatory standards, and client requirements
Lead compliance checks, audits, and SOP improvements
Use operational data and feedback to drive continuous improvement initiatives
Collaborate with HR, IT, Finance, and Facilities to maintain governance and operational stability
IT & Facilities Coordination
Ensure IT tickets and facility concerns are properly escalated and resolved
Support business continuity and disaster recovery readiness
Monitor compliance with IT policies, security protocols, and operational procedures
Strengthen coordination across IT, Facilities, and Operations teams
