Associate Credit Services Representative- Market (Mid-Shift)

Medtronic seeks an entry-level Associate Credit Services Representative for mid-shift work in Taguig City. The role manages credit and collections activities, customer communications, and account resolution within a technology-enabled environment using AI-assisted tools and digital workflows.
Responsibilities
- Handle credit and collections activities via phone and email to resolve outstanding balances
- Negotiate payment arrangements and support debt recovery while preserving customer relationships
- Monitor high-risk and overdue accounts and implement collection strategies
- Collaborate with Finance, Customer Service, and stakeholders to resolve account issues
- Escalate complex or sensitive cases appropriately and in timely manner
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Basic digital literacy and comfort with evolving technologies
- Ability to operate within AI-assisted workflow environments
- Demonstrated interest in continuous learning and automation technologies
- No prior experience required
