Sr Marketing Associate

Job Summary
The Senior Marketing Associate will support the planning and execution of marketing initiatives across digital, social media, eCommerce, retail, KOL/affiliate marketing, and brand activations. The role will work closely with internal teams and external partners to strengthen brand visibility, consumer engagement, and business results.
Key Responsibilities
1. Market & Consumer Insights
- Monitor market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities.
- Conduct store visits and provide insights on pricing, promotions, and merchandising.
- Prepare regular market, trend, and competitor reports.
2. Content & Campaigns
- Develop content plans, creative briefs, captions, and campaign messaging.
- Coordinate with designers, agencies, and partners on campaign and eCommerce assets.
- Support product launches, promotions, events, and brand activations.
3. Visual Merchandising
- Develop and implement VM plans across assigned stores.
- Coordinate deployment and pull-out of marketing materials.
- Monitor store execution and maintain photo documentation.
4. KOL, Affiliate & Live Selling
- Identify and manage KOL/creator partnerships from briefing to post-campaign reporting.
- Coordinate affiliate marketing initiatives with Digital Marketing and eCommerce teams.
- Support live-selling activities through calendars, product highlights, and creative materials.
- Track performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
5. Digital Marketing & Reporting
- Collaborate with Digital Marketing on integrated campaigns across social media, eCommerce, and other channels.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide data-driven recommendations.
- Prepare campaign recaps, performance reports, and regular management updates.
6. Compliance & Operations
- Ensure marketing materials comply with DTI requirements, company policies, and brand guidelines.
- Manage timelines, approvals, documentation, and agreed SLAs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- at least 2 years of experience in marketing, brand, digital, trade, or related roles.
- Experience in retail, FMCG, lifestyle, beauty, or related industries is an advantage.
- Strong communication, project management, analytical, and creative skills.
- Experience in social media, eCommerce, KOL/influencer marketing, and campaign management.
- Proactive, organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
