Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of customer accounts and assess repayment status
- Collect outstanding repayments, fees, and charges
- Provide support to clients in financial hardship
- Handle Arrears inbox, emails, and phone calls
- Respond to queries and disputes quickly and accurately
- Assist Customer Service team and back up senior Collections Officers
- Ensure timely completion of tasks and maintain service standards
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work under pressure and multi-task
- Knowledge of credit assessment practices & consumer credit code
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Goal-oriented, proactive, and team player
- Proficient in PC and Microsoft Office tools
