Key Responsibilities - Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
- Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to maximize performance and productivity.
- Set individual sales targets and monitor team performance through KPIs.
- Identify new business opportunities in hospitals, clinics, laboratories, pharmacies, and other healthcare institutions.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers, including hospital administrators, procurement officers, physicians, and distributors.
- Conduct client visits, presentations, product demonstrations, and contract negotiations.
- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, pipeline reports, and performance analyses.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and customer requirements.
- Collaborate with the Marketing, Product, Operations, and Finance teams to support product launches and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure proper CRM usage and maintain accurate sales records and customer information.
- Resolve customer concerns promptly and maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
- Participate in trade shows, medical conferences, and industry events to promote company products.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable healthcare regulations.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Medical Technology, Nursing, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field.
At least 5 years of sales experience in the medical supplies, medical devices, pharmaceutical, or healthcare industry.
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role.
Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Strong understanding of hospital procurement processes and the Philippine healthcare market.
Excellent leadership, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Strong analytical and strategic planning abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
