Sales Account Manager

- Establishes, develops, and maintains business relationships with existing and prospective customers to generate new business for the organization's products/services.
- Develops clear and concise proposals/quotations for current and prospective customers.
- Expedites the resolution of customer problems and complaints.
- Coordinates sales efforts with marketing, sales management, accounting, logistics, and technical service groups.
- Supplies management with oral and written reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
- Keep abreast of product applications, technical services, market conditions, competitive activities, advertising, and promotional trends.
- Participates in trade shows and conventions.
- Must have completed at least a Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, advertising sales, or a related field.
- Must possess at least three (3) years of experience as a Relation Manager
- Background in Information Technology is a plus
- Experience working with a Telco is an advantage
- Must be result oriented and able to work independently and within a team environment.
- Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
