As a Sales Manager in our company, you will be responsible for all the sales team activities in various platforms, motivating sales reps and ensuring that the expected goals are met.
Job Description
- Setting and communicating weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals, as well as the monitoring the results thereof
- Ensuring sales people know how to achieve set goals
- Developing and implementing strategic plans to achieve sales targets
- Working with customers to better understand their needs
- Preparing detailed sales reports and checking their accuracy before submitting them to Management
- Introducing alterations to the sales program in response to competitor changes and industry benchmarks
- Assessing costs, supply, demand, and competitors to determine selling prices
- Estimating sales volume for current and new products
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations or a related field
- At least 4 years corporate work experience in the lifestyle, moto and consumer goods industry.
- Proficient in oral and written communication both in English and Filipino
- Good interpersonal skills to communicate with a wide variety of personalities
- Proven ability to lead a team to meet quotas
- Experience in setting and meeting sales goals.
