Description - Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company revenue goals.
- Oversee a team of sales representatives and provide training and support to enhance their performance.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts to communicate progress to upper management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- 5–8 years of experience in sales or sales management
- With experience with OOH background/Billboards, Printing, etc
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Results-oriented with a strong customer focus
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
- Any gender
