Job Summary
We are looking for hardworking and friendly Restaurant Staff to join our team. You will help in daily store operations — serving customers, preparing food, keeping the area clean, and supporting the team to reach sales goals.
Job Description
- Help reach the store’s monthly sales target.
- Offer and suggest menu items to customers.
- Keep food cost and wastage within company standards.
- Do inventory and record stocks properly.
- Give good customer service at all times.
- Handle customer complaints politely and professionally.
- Keep the store clean and follow food safety rules.
- Always be on time and follow work schedules.
- Work well with teammates and follow instructions.
- Submit reports on time and help with coordination with other departments.
Qualifications
- Willing to work on a shifting schedule, weekends, and holidays.
- Can work under pressure and with a team.
- Preferably lives near the store location.
