Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree holder in any relevant field
3–8 years of experience in Business Development or Importation Management
At least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role
Amenable to attending face-to-face interviews
Can start as soon as possible
Job Description / Responsibilities
Lead and execute overall business development strategies, identifying, evaluating, and converting new sales opportunities in importation, freight forwarding, and brokerage.
Develop and expand new markets while building and maintaining strong client relationships to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.
Oversee end-to-end importation and logistics operations, including supplier coordination, order management, freight forwarding, brokerage, and transportation.
Ensure full compliance with customs regulations, tariffs, and all applicable importation and logistics laws.
Spearhead logistics sales initiatives while collaborating closely with the operations team to implement and manage new and existing accounts.
