Business Development Officer

About the role:

We are looking for a dynamic and self-driven Business Development Officer to join our Sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing relationships with potential clients, and driving sales growth. This role requires someone who is highly motivated, has excellent communication skills, and is comfortable finding and nurturing their own leads to achieve business goals.

Responsibilities:

• Proactively seek and generate new business leads through various channels, including networking, cold calling, referrals, industry events, and online research.

• Identify potential clients and develop strategies to convert leads into long-term customers.

• Present and demonstrate our products/services to potential clients, highlighting their value and benefits.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and offering tailored solutions.

• Work closely with the sales team, marketing, and other departments to ensure client satisfaction and smooth implementation of services.

• Proven experience in sales, with a track record of generating leads and closing deals.
