After Sales Coordinator

Position Overview
The Aftersales Coordinator is responsible for managing the end-to-end post-sale support experience for business clients (fleet operators, dealers, distributors, corporate accounts) using electric two-wheelers and conventional motorcycles. This role ensures issues are resolved efficiently, spare parts are available and well-managed, and vendor/service partners deliver consistent quality — ultimately protecting customer satisfaction, uptime, and account retention.
Key Responsibilities
1. Issue Compilation, Analysis & Documentation
● Log, categorize, and track all after-sales issues reported by clients (mechanical, electrical, software/firmware for EVs, warranty claims, etc.)
● Prepare regular reports and dashboards on issue volume, resolution times, and recurring pain points for management review
● Maintain accurate records of service history, warranty status, and parts usage per client/unit
● Ensure after-sales processes comply with warranty policies, safety standards, and company SOPs
● Support audits and reporting requirements from management or regulatory bodies
2. Spare Parts Identification & Management
● Monitor spare parts inventory levels
● Maintain accurate parts catalogs/reference documentation per model/variant
● Track parts consumption trends to support demand forecasting
3. Issue Scheduling & Resolution Tracking
● Schedule and prioritize service visits, repairs, or replacements based on severity, client SLA, and resource availability
● Monitor turnaround time (TAT) against agreed service-level agreements (SLAs) with B2B clients
● Follow up on open/pending cases to ensure timely closure and client communication
4. Cross-Functional Coordination
● Liaise with Sales, Product, Warehouse/Logistics, and Customer Service teams to resolve client issues
● Communicate technical findings and client feedback
● Coordinate with Sales/Customer Service on high-priority or high-risk accounts
5. Client Relationship & Satisfaction
● Serve as the primary after-sales point of contact for assigned B2B accounts
● Manage client expectations, communicate updates proactively, and handle escalations professionally
● Gather client feedback to improve service quality and product reliability
Required Qualifications:
● Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Technology, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
● 0-3 years of experience in after-sales support, technical service, or fleet/vehicle maintenance motorcycle, automotive, or electric vehicle industry preferred
● Working knowledge of motorcycle/e-motorcycle systems: engine/motor, electrical systems, battery management (for EVs), braking, and general mechanical components
● Experience with spare parts inventory management or ERP/inventory systems
● Strong analytical skills able to interpret service data and identify trends
● Excellent coordination and stakeholder management skills across departments
● Vendor management and negotiation experience
● Strong organizational skills; able to manage multiple open cases/schedules simultaneously
● Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets; familiarity with CRM or service management software is a plus
● Good written and verbal communication skills
