Sales Coordinator

The Sales Coordinator supports the sales team by managing customer orders, coordinating with production and logistics, and ensuring timely delivery of corrugated box products. This role acts as a key link between clients, sales, and operations to maintain customer satisfaction and smooth order processing.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Order Management

• Receive and process customer orders accurately (specifications, quantity, delivery date).
• Prepare Sales Orders (SO) and encode in the system.
• Monitor order status from production to delivery.

2. Coordination with Production & Planning

• Coordinate with Production Planning for scheduling of orders.
• Ensure customer specifications (size, flute, ECT, printing, etc.) are clearly communicated.
• Follow up on production progress and update the sales team and clients.

3. Customer Support

• Act as point of contact for customer inquiries, order updates, and concerns.
• Handle complaints and coordinate with concerned departments for resolution.

4. Documentation & Reporting

• Prepare quotations, delivery schedules, and reports.
• Maintain customer records, price lists, and order history.
• Generate sales reports and assist in forecasting.

5. Logistics Coordination

• Coordinate with warehouse and delivery team for dispatch schedules.
• Ensure on-time delivery and proper documentation (DR, invoice, etc.).

6. Internal Coordination

• Work closely with Sales Executives, Production, QA, and Accounting.
• Assist in monitoring inventory of finished goods if needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• At least 1–2 years experience in sales support, preferably in manufacturing or packaging industry
• Knowledge of corrugated box specifications (e.g., flute type, ECT, board grade) is an advantage
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and ERP systems
