Sales Coordinator

Key Responsibilities
- Generate and close new shipping business.
- Prospect and onboard new customers.
- Prepare and present freight quotes (FCL, LCL, Air Freight) from Asia to the USA.
- Coordinate ocean and air freight shipments and manage bookings.
- Handle shipping documentation (BL, ISF, AMS, invoices, packing lists).
- Track shipments, resolve issues, and ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and provide shipment updates.
- Record sales activities and shipment data in CRM/TMS systems.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in international freight forwarding or logistics.
- Experience handling Far East to USA shipments.
- Strong knowledge of ocean freight (FCL/LCL); air freight is a plus.
- Experience closing freight sales and negotiating rates.
- Knowledge of Incoterms and U.S. import regulations (ISF, AMS).
- Strong communication, sales, and organizational skills.
