Description - Provide excellent after-sales support to customers, ensuring their satisfaction and resolving issues promptly.
- Assist with technical inquiries related to products, guiding customers through troubleshooting processes.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and support activities through our CRM system.
- Collaborate with sales and technical teams to improve the customer experience and product offerings.
- Gather feedback from customers to inform product development and enhancements.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- Experience Level: 0–2 years of experience in a customer support role
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools, including Salesforce
- Skills and Competencies: Strong sourcing and technical troubleshooting skills
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication skills, with a focus on customer engagement and satisfaction
