Job Requirements - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any related course
- With valid driver's license (Can drive Manual and Automatic)
- With experiences as Purchasing Staff, Assistant, or in a similar procurement role.
- Proficiency in MS Office (specifically Excel) and familiarity with ERP/procurement software.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze market trends and industry developments to inform purchasing decisions.
- Understanding of purchasing policies, ethics, and regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities
- Prepare, process, and track purchase orders (POs) and invoices, ensuring accuracy in pricing and quantities.
- Research, evaluate, and select suppliers, maintaining strong relationships and evaluating vendor performance.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and payment terms to secure favorable agreements and reduce costs.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely replenishment of stock.
- Maintain accurate documentation, including contracts, receipts, and supplier information
