- Serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and courteous manner.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas.
- Assist in the training and onboarding of new staff members.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate order delivery.
- With at least 2 years work experience as a wait staff in a hotel or restaurant
- Equipped handling food and beverage including bar and company event service
- Can speak and write in English
- At least college level
- Pleasing personality
