The Inflatable Island Beach Club
- Monitor the safety and security of all guests in the water or on the island, ensuring adherence to safety guidelines.
- Identify, assess, and respond promptly and effectively to emergencies, including administering First Aid, CPR, emergency oxygen, or AED assistance as needed.
- Assist and orient guests on safe ways to enjoy water activities and the inflatable island.
- Monitor weather conditions, wind gusts, and other environmental factors that may affect safety or cause damage to property and operations.
- Conduct regular water and inflatable inspections to detect and remove hazardous materials or harmful species that may threaten guests, employees, or property.
- Remove harmful objects such as broken glass, debris, garbage, driftwood, or barnacles that may pose a risk.
- Assist in the implementation of health and safety protocols to minimize or eliminate potential hazards in the water and on the island.
- Perform preventive maintenance, repair, cleaning, and safekeeping of all inflatable island materials and related tools and equipment.
- Oversee the installation, deflation, alignment, anchoring, and securing of inflatable materials, ensuring they are safe for use.
- Operate and maintain equipment such as pool pumps, compressors, and diving tools, ensuring proper usage and safekeeping.
- Inspect, clean, and monitor equipment such as vacuums, pumps, and compressors on a regular basis.
- Create, install, and maintain water lines as required.
- Perform regular pool maintenance, including vacuuming, debris removal, and treatment to maintain ideal water chemistry.
- Ensure pool cleanliness and operational functionality at all times
- Lifeguard Certification: Must hold a valid lifeguard license issued by a recognized organization like the Philippine Red Cross.
- Swimming Proficiency: Excellent swimming skills and ability to perform water rescues effectively.
- First Aid and CPR: Current certification in First Aid and Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR).
- Physical Fitness: Good physical health and stamina to perform demanding tasks in the water.
- Communication Skills: Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with swimmers and other staff.
- Observation Skills: Keen attention to detail to monitor swimmers and identify potential hazards.
- Emergency Response: Knowledge of emergency procedures and ability to react quickly in crisis situations.
- Residing in: Olongapo City , Zambales, Bataan Area.
