- Customer Transactions: Process customer transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and money transfers accurately and efficiently.
- Account Assistance: Provide information about account balances, interest rates, and other banking services, assisting customers with inquiries or account-related issues.
- Cash Handling & Security: Maintain cash drawer, ensure accurate balancing, and adhere to security protocols to protect against fraud or theft.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to accurately process financial transactions and handle cash without errors.
- Strong Communication Skills: Clear and courteous communication with customers, addressing inquiries and providing information.
- Basic Math Skills: Proficient in performing calculations, handling currency, and reconciling cash balances efficiently.
