- We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Bank Teller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling daily customer transactions, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining accurate records. The Bank Teller will ensure a positive experience for customers by assisting with deposits, withdrawals, account inquiries, and other banking services.
- Education: College graduate or equivalent
- Experience: Previous experience in banking, finance, or customer service is preferred, but not required.
- Mathematical Skills: Strong math and numerical abilities for handling cash, processing transactions, and balancing accounts.
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in processing financial transactions.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and team members.
- Customer Service: Ability to provide exceptional customer service, address inquiries, and resolve issues professionally.
- Computer Skills: Basic proficiency in using computers and banking software or systems.
- Organization: Strong organizational and time-management skills for managing multiple tasks efficiently.
- Confidentiality: Ability to handle sensitive customer information and financial data with discretion and in compliance with privacy laws.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand or sit for long periods and manage a cash drawer during shifts.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work during bank hours, including some evenings, weekends, or holidays as required.
- Security Awareness: Ability to follow all security procedures and protocols to ensure safe transactions and prevent fraud.
- Background Check: Must pass a criminal background check and adhere to company security policies.
