- Customer Service and Transactions: Process customer deposits, withdrawals, and transfers accurately, providing excellent service while addressing customer inquiries and needs.
- Cash Handling and Balancing: Manage cash drawers, ensure the accuracy of transactions, and reconcile balances at the end of each shift to prevent discrepancies.
- Account Support and Sales: Assist customers with account-related inquiries, promote banking products and services, and support clients in managing their accounts efficiently.
- Customer Service Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to provide excellent service, resolve customer issues, and handle transactions efficiently.
- Mathematical Accuracy: Ability to perform basic arithmetic and handle cash transactions accurately, ensuring no discrepancies in daily balancing.
- Attention to Detail and Security: Strong attention to detail to ensure the accuracy of financial transactions and adherence to security procedures to protect customer and bank assets.
