We are looking for a:
SALES & MARKETING OFFICER
Work Location: Plaza De Taverra Bldg. 3JF4+9P7, Poblacion District, Davao City, Davao del Sur, Philippines
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to generate leads and increase sales.
- Identify and pursue new clients, business opportunities, and potential markets.
- Actively promote and sell the company’s products and services to prospective and existing clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, clients, and business partners.
- Manage and follow up on leads, inquiries, quotations, proposals, and sales opportunities.
- Conduct client meetings, product presentations, site visits, and sales presentations as needed.
- Achieve assigned monthly and annual sales targets and KPIs.
- Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to support sales strategies.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth processing of orders, projects, and client requirements.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates for management and manager
- Participate in marketing campaigns, events, exhibitions, and other promotional activities.
- Maintain accurate records of clients, leads, sales activities, and account information.
- Perform other related sales and marketing duties as assigned by manager.
What we're looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
- With 1–3 years of experience in Sales and Marketing, Business Development, or a related role
- Experience in the Elevator Industry or Construction Industry are strongly preferred
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and developing new clients, with certificates is an advantage
- Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of B2B and B2C sales is an advantage
- Excellent customer relationship and account management skills
- Results-oriented, proactive, and highly motivated
- Willing to conduct fieldwork, client visits, and business development activities
- Willing to travel when required
- With a valid driver's license and own vehicle is an advantage
- Able to work independently and effectively as part of a team
