- We are seeking a dependable and customer-focused Bank Teller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately processing a variety of financial transactions, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining the security of banking operations. The Bank Teller will ensure that all customer interactions are handled efficiently while adhering to bank policies and regulations.
- Previous experience in banking, finance, or customer service is preferred, but not required.
- Math Skills: Strong mathematical abilities for handling cash, processing transactions, and balancing accounts accurately.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with customers and colleagues.
- Customer Service: Ability to provide excellent customer service, resolving issues and addressing inquiries professionally.
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail when handling money and processing financial transactions.
- Technology Skills: Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with banking software and POS systems.
- Confidentiality: Ability to maintain confidentiality of customer information and adhere to privacy regulations.
- Organization: Strong organizational skills to manage daily tasks and keep accurate records.
- Time Management: Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, or holidays as required.
- Background Check: Must pass a criminal background check and adhere to bank security protocols.
