Recruitment Specialist

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Utilize various platforms and tools to attract potential candidates and promote job openings.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system to reflect candidate status and documentation.
- Conduct reference checks and background verifications for shortlisted candidates.
- Educational Qualifications: Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience Level: 0–2 years of experience in recruitment or related field.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Skills and Competencies: Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new recruitment tools and processes.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Qualities and Traits: Proactive and enthusiastic with a passion for helping others find their ideal job.
