Job Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of recruitment experience and is passionate about sourcing and connecting top talent with the right opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing to onboarding)
- Screen and assess candidates through interviews and evaluations
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
- Post job ads and utilize various sourcing channels
- Maintain and update candidate databases
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of recruitment experience (agency or in-house)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Familiarity with job portals and sourcing tools is an advantage
