- Manage and mentor a team of recruiters, providing guidance and support.
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
- Analyze recruitment metrics and optimize processes for efficiency.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and create job descriptions.
