WFH || Finance Manager with Construction Industry Experience

Job Description:
- Maintain Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable across multiple entities
- Track project balances, vendor balances, and construction-related expenses
- Perform bank and credit card reconciliations
- Maintain intercompany loan schedules and balances
- Assist with construction draw support and lender documentation
- Prepare monthly financial reporting packages
- Organize and maintain financial records across entities
- Assist with transition from Excel-based systems into accounting software
- Coordinate with ownership, vendors, property management, and lenders
- Support accounting workflow improvements and internal controls
- Maintain organized records for audits, lenders, and accountants
Qualifications:
- Real estate accounting
- Construction accounting
- Property management accounting
- Multi-entity bookkeeping
- Yardi, QuickBooks, AppFolio, or similar systems
- Knowledgeable with Procore and other related software
- Advanced Excel skills
- Bank reconciliations and financial reporting
- Experience organizing accounting systems and workflows
