Accounts Officer (WFH – Australia-Based Client)
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain insurance registers and renewal reminders.
- Manage Accounts inbox and bill registers (excluding specified sites).
- Prepare Daily Payment List reports (1:00 PM & 5:00 PM AEST).
- Send invoice approvals and follow up.
- Coordinate recharge invoices with Accounts Receivable.
- Code and reconcile bills in Xero, including petty cash.
- Respond to accounts enquiries.
- Upload bills and documents to OneDrive.
- Perform daily email monitoring and follow-ups.
Requirements
- Accounts Officer / Accounts Administration experience.
- Xero experience preferred.
- Strong Excel and MS Office skills.
- High attention to detail and organization.
- Strong communication and follow-up skills.
Work Arrangement
- Work From Home supporting an Australia-based business.
- Must work within Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST) hours.
Highly regarded:
Candidates with strong accounts administration and Xero background.
