Finance Manager

Required Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of experience in accounting, finance management, or financial controlling.
• Strong hands-on experience in general ledger, account reconciliations, month-end closing, and financial reporting.
• Experience supporting Australian businesses, with knowledge of ATO requirements, Australian payroll, and superannuation.
• Strong Power BI skills, including dashboard development, reporting logic, and data validation.
• Experience in accounts receivable, billing, collections, payroll, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and strong financial analysis capabilities.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics or similar Microsoft-based business systems is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of CRM systems, workflow automation, reporting integrations, and process improvement.
• Understanding of internal controls, audit readiness, risk management, and financial compliance.
• Strong English communication skills and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Must be based in the Philippines and available for full-time remote work.
