Location: Pasig City Salary: ₱30,000–₱35,000/month Schedule: 6 Days/Week | Shifting Schedule | Holiday Schedules Work Setup: On-site Education: Bachelor’s Degree in a related field Experience: 3–5 years supervisory experience in logistics, fleet management, or cold-chain distribution
APPLICANTS SHOULD HAVE:
- Bachelor’s degree in Customs Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Operations, or a related field
- 3–5 years of supervisory experience in logistics, fleet management, or cold-chain distribution
- Preferably with experience in the food industry
- Strong knowledge of route planning and optimization
- Knowledge of fleet maintenance and cold-chain regulations
- Understanding of food safety transport requirements
- Experience with third-party logistics (3PL) management
- Strong crisis management and problem-solving skills during transit
- Experience in delivery reporting and asset tracking
- Strong supervisory, leadership, and organizational skills
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Coordinate the prompt, safe, and cost-effective dispatch of finished goods to customers
- Manage delivery schedules and optimize routes
- Monitor transportation costs and ensure cost targets are met
- Ensure compliance with cold-chain transport temperature requirements and the company’s quality management system
- Coordinate with transport providers and 3PL partners
- Monitor fleet and delivery operations
- Handle and resolve delivery issues and emergencies during transit
- Maintain accurate delivery reports and asset-tracking records
- Supervise dispatching and distribution operations
