Responsibilities:
- Oversee the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding.
- Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract top talent.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements.
- Conduct interviews and facilitate the selection process.
- Maintain an organized database of applicants and track metrics for recruitment effectiveness.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience Level: 1–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Qualities and Traits: Proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
- Skills and Competencies: Ability to analyze and interpret recruitment metrics.
