HIRING - BUSINESS OPERATIONS MANAGER
The Business Operations Manager is responsible for establishing, leading, and continuously improving the day-to-day operations of Moto Technium.
This is a startup leadership role requiring a hands-on professional who can manage operations, sales coordination, inventory, purchasing, showroom activities, marketing execution, and business development while building the systems and culture that will support future growth.
The role serves as the CEO's primary execution partner and is responsible for translating business strategies into measurable operational results. This aligns with how startup operations managers often function as the execution hub across operations, sales, suppliers, and internal teams.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Business Operations
Manage daily business operations.
Ensure smooth coordination across all functions.
Develop and implement SOPs.
Monitor KPIs.
Improve operational efficiency.
Support key account negotiations.
Sales Administration
Review quotations.
Approve pricing within authority.
Coordinate dealer onboarding.
Review sales pipeline.
Inventory & Supply Chain

Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
5–10 years of leadership experience in motorcycle, automotive, retail, distribution, or consumer products
Experience managing inventory, sales, and operations
Strong leadership and decision-making skills
Entrepreneurial mindset
