JOB SUMMARY
The Dispatch Coordinator is responsible for facilitating the outbound customer delivery activities such as organizing pre trip inspection, truck positioning, loading and departure.
Pre-trip requirements including delivery paper works, loading and departure is the main role of dispatch coordinator.
DISPATCH COORDINATOR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Facilitate truck queuing during loading activity
- Ensure on-time truck and crew availability
- Facilitate pre-trip inspection of trucks
- Monitor the deliveries and provide regular status reports to logistics
- Facilitate and resolve delivery issues and concerns
- Prepare and submit petty cash liquidation
- Prepare and update the dispatch monitoring file and generate needed reports for key performance indicators reviews.
JOB REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous similar work experience
- Ability to learn new skills and task needed
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must be organized, and able to deal with multiple tasks
- Analytical skills with amazing attention to detail
- Microsoft Office/Excel proficient/Googlesheet
- With driver's license and can drive at least 2 wheels or motorcycle
- Must have a motorcycle
