Molding Production Supervisor / Molding Foreman

Our client, a growing company in the manufacturing and packaging industry, is looking for an experienced Mould Foreman to lead and coordinate moulding production operations.
This role is ideal for a manufacturing professional with strong supervisory experience and technical knowledge of moulding processes and equipment . The successful candidate will oversee the moulding production team, monitor production performance, coordinate with Quality Control and Maintenance teams, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate activities of the moulding production team.
- Monitor production processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and maintain a safe work environment.
- Coordinate with Quality Control and Maintenance teams.
- Provide training and mentoring to team members.
- Analyze production data and prepare performance reports.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong technical knowledge of moulding processes and equipment.
- Experience in injection and blow moulding operations.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Proficient in data analysis and reporting.
