Production Supervisor - Pharmacist

- Supervise daily production operations to ensure compliance with industry regulations and company standards.
- Monitor and improve production processes to enhance efficiency and quality.
- Conduct regular quality checks and implement quality control measures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless workflow and support.
- Train and mentor production staff on best practices and procedures.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or licensed/registered pharmacist.
- Experience Level: Junior: 1–2 years of experience in a pharmaceutical production environment.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong Work Ethic, Process Improvement, Quality Standards, Team Player.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ensure adherence to safety and operational protocols.
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication and leadership skills.
