JOB TITLE: Production Foreman/Engineer
LOCATION: Bulacan
RESPONSIBILITIES :
• Responsible to monitor assigned section to produce right quantity of quality finished products on schedule time.
• Supervise and monitors Activities in production area.
• Assigns and allocates Machine operators to operation based on required manpower and machine loading
• Inspect operation workmanship if they conform with the requirements
• Ensure Availability of materials and supplies of each work shift during operations.
• Coordinates with QA department in conducting testing and sampling
• Coordinates with maintenance to ensure machines are in good working condition.
• Maintain good house-keeping in the area of responsibility.
• Rates department personnel in Performance evaluation.
• Discusses Job Description to newly hired subordinates.
• In Charge for cost reduction program
• Performs assigned tasks from time to time.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Industrial), Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• With at least 2-3 years progressive experience in all facets of Production with direct product responsibility
• Adept in handling people
• Familiar in ISO documentation & implementation
