Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field
- Experience Level: 1-3 years in a supervisory role within a manufacturing environment
- Skills and Competencies: Computer literate; proficiency in manufacturing software and MS Office
- Qualities and Traits: Strong leadership and communication skills
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to enforce policies and procedures effectively
