Production/Plant Supervisor

Job Description - Supervise daily production operations to ensure efficiency, safety, and compliance with quality standards
- Plan, coordinate, and schedule production activities to optimize output and meet delivery targets
- Lead, train, and motivate production staff to promote teamwork and operational excellence
- Implement, enforce, and monitor food safety and hygiene protocols throughout the production process
- Review and analyze production data; prepare and submit performance reports and key metrics to management
- Ensure consistent quality in the manufacturing of plastic products, including drinking straws, flexible and hard straws, tamper-proof seals, shrink films, and other packaging materials
Job Requirements
Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field
Experience
- At least 2 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment
- Prior supervisory experience is an advantage
